Need to return something? No worries, it's REALLY easy and best of all - FREE!

1. Fill in both sides of the enclosed returns form

We include a returns form and a return postage label in your parcel. See, told you it was easy!

Just tick that you meet the return requirements (See our "Love The Look Promise" in the tab above) and give us some details so we know what you'd like to do.

2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label

NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!

Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop

Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point

International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

3. Once we receive your parcel

We'll check everything meets our returns conditions then process it as per your request:

EXCHANGE:
We'll send your FIRST replacement for free (i.e we won’t charge you shipping for the replacement)

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.

CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

BoxHill monitors return activity for abuse (e.g. purchasing for short-term use with the intent to return the item) and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

We offer pre-order so you can purchase new season items before they are released to the stores. Pre-order items will be dispatched to you once we receive them from the supplier.

The estimated date for shipping is shown under the big pink "Pre-Order Now" button when you purchase the item.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to uncontrollable delays in production, freight, or otherwise.

On very rare occasions, items may be cancelled by our suppliers. We do not have any control over this. We will either refund, exchange or credit (your choice), in line with our refund policy.

All items purchased through pre-order must be paid for in full using any of our payment methods including buy now, pay later services. Your payment plan will begin as soon as you place the order.

If you ordered a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we send your in-stock items as soon as we reach your order in the queue so you can enjoy your lovely clothes right away.
