2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label

NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!

Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop

Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point

International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

We use CourierPost so once it has been dispatched, it usually takes 1-2 days within New Zealand and a little longer for rural.

$8.95 - Tracked nationwide shipping for all purchases

You will be sent an email containing the tracking number once it is dispatched, so you can check its progress.

Australian Customers

We use Australia Post and deliveries should arrive within 3-6 working days, (quicker for metropolitan areas)
