2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label
NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point
International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.
CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

Excellent as on previous occasions. I was looking for some comfortable pants to wear on a long haul flight later in the year. These fit the bill perfectly in terms of comfort and I like the washed black look and the turn up cuffs

Excellant service as always, Elm is one of my favorite brands, as it suits my laid back life style. these pants are very comfortable, a bit disappointed they are thicker for the colder Winter days, some of us wear apartment pants outside - but theres lots of room for thermals underneath
