We want you to be delighted with your BoxHill purchase, so if it is not the right fit, size or colour we are more than happy to offer one of the following options, that best suits you:

- EXCHANGE: Swap for another size/colour
- CREDIT: Store credit with NO expiry date
- REFUND: A full refund via the original payment method

As we’re sure you understand, in order for us to re-sell the item it will need to be returned to us as follows:

- Brand new and unworn
- Unwashed
- Tags still attached
- Ready for re-sale

Of course if something is faulty, we promise to make it right.

Rapid Returns

1. Email us at within 7 days of receiving you garment(s), and tell us:

  • Your order number
  • What you are returning 
  • Why you are returning it 
  • Whether you’d like an EXCHANGE, REFUND or CREDIT

2. Erin or Sheila will personally reply ASAP to rapidly solve any issues, reserve a replacement or otherwise agree the best next steps.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return so please use a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Once the return has been received and the above conditions are satisfied, we will apply the following, depending on what we agreed:

EXCHANGE: Send your FIRST replacement for free (i.e we won’t charge you shipping for the replacement, you’ll just need to pay for getting it back to us - we think that’s fair, and hope you do too)

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid EXCLUDING any shipping costs (if paid), via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.

CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

Postage and Shipping

We know how excited you are to get your new products so we work hard to get them packaged up carefully and dispatched quickly

NZ Customers

We use Fastway Couriers which usually takes 1-3 days within New Zealand and a little longer for rural and international customers.

We offer you free nationwide shipping with Fastway Couriers with all purchases over $149 and just $6.95 flat rate to courier purchases under $149. You will be sent an email containing the tracking number once it is dispatched, so you can check it's progress.

Australian Customers

$11.95 regular un-tracked post
$26.95 tracked international courier with NZ Post (recommended)

All Other Countries

$40 Flat rate via tracked post (where possible) with NZ Post.

Delivery times will vary for all international orders, but we'll try our best to make it quick and seamless.


Your payments are charged in NZD and will be processed through the secure Shopify Payments gateway, via PayPal (using your PayPal balance Debit or Credit Card).

You can also pay in installments using LayBuy and AfterPay
