We include a returns form and a return postage label in your parcel. See, told you it was easy!
Just tick that you meet the return requirements (See our "Love The Look Promise" in the tab above) and give us some details so we know what you'd like to do.
2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label
NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point
International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.
CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

Love love love the hoodie. Great quality and size was accurate. A little disappointed with the leggings as fabric quite thin, there’s a weird seam on one leg only (presumably to accommodate the pocket design but my other leggings with pockets aren’t constructed this way) and writing on the inside of the leggings washed off after one wash which is causing som concern about the integrity of the rose decal on the bottom of the leg. Which I love. Look overall is super cute!
