We offer pre-order so you can lock in the purchase of new season items before the stock is released to retail stores. Pre-order items will be dispatched to you once we receive them from the supplier.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to uncontrollable delays in production, freight, or otherwise.
On very rare occasions, items may be cancelled by our suppliers. We do not have any control over this. We will either refund, exchange or credit (your choice), in line with our refund policy.
All items purchased through pre-order must be paid for in full using any of our payment methods including buy now, pay later services. Your payment plan will begin as soon as you place the order.
If you ordered a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we send your in-stock items as soon as we reach your order in the queue so you can enjoy your lovely clothes right away.

Good evening a group of us from out of Wellington visited your shop recently having received your Facebook posts and were very disappointed to not find the clothing that is advertised on your posts only to be told you have to buy on line still do love your clothes

We don't carry everything in-store as they sell unbelievably fast both online and in store, it's hard to keep up. The best way to secure them is to buy them online. We can also try to arrange for the item to be brought over to the store so you can try it on. Feel free to email us anytime, and we'll arrange to have them brought to the store for you to try on. The items will be couriered from our warehouse to the shop which takes a couple of days so make sure to email us in advance.
