NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point

Unfortunately , it did take a while for the Zafina Estelle Dress to reach me .. Not I think entirly Box Hills Fault . The parcel was picked up in a very timely manner from you but it only got as far as the sorting centre, where they realised that the address was incomplete. I am unsure how this happened , as Ive never had a problem with deliveries from Box Hill before. It wasnt until I initiated a query , that any effort was made to reach either me ( as receiver) or you ( as sender) ... So it was a full 3 weeks before the dress arrived .. and yes I am absolutely delighted with it
