The BoxHill Insiders Program is a rewards program that benefits its members with BoxyBucks every time they shop or perform other program actions such as sharing on Facebook, writing a review (more for photo and video reviews), referring a friend, etc.  Members can then trade these BoxyBucks for perks like free shipping and vouchers.

The BoxHill VIB Program is an insider-only program that counts up your total online spend in dollars, and gets you closer to accessing exclusive perks in each level (see above). As you reach the next level, you also start to earn BoxyBucks even faster, and can trade them in for vouchers and free shipping.

It's completely free to join and you'll even get BoxyBucks for doing so! Create an account on boxhill.co.nz and you’ll automatically be enrolled as a BoxHill Insider.  If you have an existing account, you’re all set to start earning points. Just make sure you're logged in when you purchase, to ensure you collect BoxyBucks and that your purchase dollars go towards the VIB program status.

You earn BoxyBucks for every dollar (exclusive of GST) you spend on boxhill.co.nz - only when signed into your account. As you spend more REAL dollars with us, you will move up the different levels of the VIB program, which means you earn BoxyBucks at higher multiples. You can also earn more BoxyBucks by taking certain actions (see above).

One week after purchasing, you will receive an email from us requesting a review. Just fill that out and you'll get the points allocated to you!

Unfortunately not. The Loyalty Program is an added extra for our customers and starts from the day of launch. We will not be retrospectively be adding points for past actions, but they will build up faster than you think!

To find out your BoxyBucks balance go to My Account, and then go to My Points and Rewards. You can also see the total in the cart page when you are placing an order.

Yes, BoxyBucks expire daily, on a rolling 365 basis. So, if you have not earned or spent points in that 365 day period they will expire.  Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance and VIB status.

Right now, you can only earn points for purchases made online.

Yes, the code associated to the requested gift will expire after 12 months from date of issue.

After your order arrives, you will receive an email asking you to rate and review the product(s) you purchased. To ensure your account is credited with BoxyBucks follow these steps: 1. Enter your review straight in the email or by clicking the link to submit it on boxhill.co.nz.  You will receive more points for submitting a photo or video (FYI: Only per week) 2. Once you post your review, you will receive a confirmation requesting verification. 3. Confirm verification!

Firstly, you'll need to join. Secondly, everyone in the group loves to see photos and videos of you wearing your BoxHill items, and our admins will keep an eye out a reward spot prizes for some people that make the effort to do this and engage with the members of the group.  These will be added to your account by us in the back end so keep an eye out to see if you've been lucky!

In order to do this, always make sure you are logged in to your account.

When you go into our website, sign in to your account, click on the yellow star on the bottom left, and then click on 'Ways to redeem' - you should see the free shipping and discounts available for you. Click on your preferred reward and then you can use that on your next order by using the provided code.

If you're logged in when you are making a purchase (recommended) you'll see a prompt (pop up) on the cart page to remind you of what discounts are available to redeem.
