We want you to be delighted with your Boxhill purchase, so if it is not the right fit, size or colour we are more than happy to offer one of the following options, that best suits you:

- EXCHANGE: Swap for another size/colour
- CREDIT: Store credit with NO expiry date
- REFUND: A full refund via the original payment method

As we’re sure you understand, in order for us to re-sell the item it will need to be returned to us as follows:

- Brand new and unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from any odours, stains, marks, hair, or fur, etc.
- Tags still attached
- Ready for re-sale
- Returned within 7 days

Of course if something is faulty, we promise to make it right.

Free 'n' Easy Returns

Need to return something? No worries, you can do that for free, and it's REALLY easy and best of all - FREE

(NOTE: Free 'N' Easy Returns excludes earrings.)

STEP 1:

Fill in the returns form enclosed in your parcel to confirm you meet the return requirements and so we know what you'd like to do.

Follow the instructions at the bottom of the form for booking your pickup

STEP 2:

Stick on the return courier label that was enclosed in your parcel.

To arrange a pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's (yaaay!).

NZ Post:

- Call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743)

- Book a pickup online via boxhill.link/pickup

You can give details about where to pickup so you don't even have to have any contact with the courier (leave it somewhere safe)

Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at an NZ Post Shop or Australia Post lodgement point

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return so if you're using your own method, please make sure it is tracked to ensure safe delivery. We also won't reimburse you for your own method if you choose to do it yourself.

STEP 3:

Once the return has been received and the above conditions are satisfied, we will apply the following, depending on what we agreed:

EXCHANGE: Send your FIRST replacement for free (i.e we won’t charge you shipping for the replacement)

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid EXCLUDING any shipping costs (if paid), via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.

CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

Processing time can be up to 3 working days from receipt of your item, so please be patient.


PLEASE NOTE:

Boxhill monitors return activity for abuse (e.g. purchasing for short-term use with the intent to return the item) and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

If you send us an item that doesn't meet our return policy or return an item bought from another seller, we will charge $9.95 to cover the cost of shipping, handling, and packaging for both sending the item back to you and receiving it from you on our labels.

Zippy Shipping

We know how excited you are to get your new products so we work hard to get them packaged up carefully and dispatched quickly.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU RETURN PART OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER FOR A REFUND, AND BY REFUNDING IT BRINGS YOUR TOTAL ORIGINAL ORDER PRICE BACK UNDER ANY FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD, WE WILL DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COST FROM YOUR REFUND.

New Zealand Customers

We use NZ Post which usually takes 1-2 days within New Zealand and a little longer for rural after we have dispatched.

Pricing:

$8.95 - Flat rate nationwide tracked shipping, including shipping guarantee

We provide Free 'N' Easy returns and include a return label in our packages.

You will be sent an email containing the tracking number once it is dispatched, so you can check it's progress.

Australian Customers

We use Australia Post and deliveries should arrive within 3-6 working days, (quicker for metropolitan areas) after we have dispatched.

$14.95 - Tracked nationwide shipping for all purchases

All Other Countries

We are no longer offering shipping to countries other than NZ and Australia. Sorry! 


Parcel Collect

If you miss parcel deliveries because you can’t always be at home, Parcel Collect could be the ideal solution for you. It means you can have your parcels delivered to over 260 handy locations nationwide, including participating Countdown stores, Wellington Z service stations, NZ Post retailers and depots.
