Shopping with Box Hill was pretty good. Fast shipping, lots of updates along the way (probably too many, TBH). Was sent the wrong item in the right bag, no acknowledgment of the mistake from Box Hill which was disappointing - I was looking forward to trying the item! Eventually got it and love it! There’s no wishlist feature when you create an account - please add this. Too many plastic bags, too. Would like to see packaging change to become more sustainable.

We got there eventually after a few hurdles. I found the team great to deal with and their willingness to work to make the sale. I love the apartment pants but find they are sided larger than I prefer so I took a 8 but should have got a size 6. I’m 163cm and 63kg.
