2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label
NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point
International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

I loved the humorous email updates, that kept me fully informed as to where my order was. My joggers arrived in super quick time, but unfortunately they were too big for me (yay!!). No problem!! The free return label inside the package meant that I was able to wrap them straight back up, and drop off at our local courier depot. I requested a smaller size, and these too arrived promptly. Really happy with these super comfy pants. Have now ordered a sweatshirt and expecting it to be delivered very soon. I love the excellent service from BoxHill and highly recommend them for online shopping!
