2. Stick on the enclosed return courier label
NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point
International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.
CREDIT: We’ll issue you with store credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date

Items arrived safely and promptly. They are just like the picture. I am a heavy person, and they have some stretch, and are so comfortable! Only thing I would like to see in future is the opportunity to purchase long AND short leg pants, as to add the cost of alterations to take up is expensive.
