To be honest, I was really happy with my purchase. The problem was that you had supplied the incorrect dress and I had to make the trip into town myself to swap for what I had originally ordered. I still paid for the freight tho and that annoys me. Also it took 2 days to deliver which took me half an hour one way.

It was truly a genuine mistake that I sent you the wrong dress, so my apologies again for that, I was in such a hurry to get orders out that day. I don't normally muck that up but every now and then I'm human. Sue told me she had offered you a free returns label so you wouldn't have had to come in? But I understand now, I guess you were already annoyed with our courier service taking two days - it's normally faster in Wellington, although we do always say in our confirmation email to please allow 1 - 2 days. This was my first purchase @ Boxhill, absolutely LOVE the dress & loved the personalised handwritten note with my purchase! Will definitely be purchasing from Boxhill again!
