NZ Customers can call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or go to boxhill.link/pickup to arrange a contactless pickup from your home, so you don't even need to get out of your PJ's - yaaay!
Alternatively, if you're out and about anyway, you can also drop off your parcel at any NZ Post Shop
Australian customers can drop it off at any Australia Post lodgement point
International customers can email us or click the pink chat bubble to run through your options.

Hi. My shopping experience with BoxHill itself was exemplary. However, the top itself was disappointing. The actual top when it arrived did not look like the photo. The cross was barely visible and people commented to me that it looked like a dirty mark. I wondered if it was a flaw but was told by the manufacturer that no, that was how it was supposed to be. So unfortunately I had to return it. So that was disappointing. But dealing with BoxHill itself was great.
